Rule 8
Determining the transaction amount
For the purpose of registering the transaction, the transaction amount shall be determined on the basis of the purchase or sale price of the transaction in the last twelve months, whichever is higher. The registered person should keep the record confirming the transaction amount at the place of transaction and show it when asked by the tax officer.
